This is a great bag, plenty of compartments, the different straps, and general size is perfect for every day use. i really love the colour. Only niggle is that it has a fishy smell inside that is taking some time to disappear. but with zip done up you dont notice. would still buy another

This is a nice bag with lots of compartments, I did order large, but it was much larger than I expected. Good job there are lots of compartments so hopefully I will be able to find what I am looking for!!

The smaller handler is not comfortable to use. Expected the bag to be soft and lighter.

Christmas present

I really wanted to have a vegan bag and one that was roomy enough to use whilst travelling but still look good, this bag seemed to be the exact bag I needed. Well straight out of the plastic bag I realised my error. The first thing I noticed was the terrible plastic feel of the outside, and its massive crease on the bag. The tassels are big and really not great so I removed those, it looked better, from a distance. I then tries to see if I could bend the bag back into shape, nope. So I opened it up and the full plastic glory revealed itself, it is truly not great. I put my hand in and it was noisy, not a little bit it was almost crisp bag level. The plastic inside wasn't big enough to fill the bag so no amount of stuffing was going to push out the outer crease, the inner lining was way too small for that.So I gave up, put the tassels back on and returned it.It must be vegan leather otherwise it wouldn't say it was, but like no vegan leather I have ever seen but it is like a plastic I have seen. The inside is truly horrid (IMO) and so noisy I would be very embarrassed to use it is a quiet place. Its not that expensive so it could be argued you get what you pay for , true, but also you hope to get what is described and it doesn't live up to that for me. Many leaving reviews seem to like it, which is great, but for me I spent another £20 and got a lovely vegan bag that using is a total pleasure and well worth the extra.

I've been using this bag for a few weeks now and have to say it's one of the best bags I've ever had. I'm one of these people who uses a good bag until it falls apart, which my last handbag did after about 3/4 years.I wasn't able to find one that had plenty of pockets, could be used on my shoulder or as a cross body bag, or could be used for work, shopping, out and about etc. in any shops.Bought this as a last ditch attempt to get a bag, even if it was only to last a while and I can honestly say I'm not disappointed!There's separate pockets for my keys, phone, hand sanitizer, purse etc. so I can easily grab what I need without having to root through my bag for 5 minutes and the quality seems really good and sturdy.If you need a good quality, daily bag, I would highly recommended! I'll be buying a second to have for when this one falls apart, which I doubt will be for a very long time, just in case they're not made anymore when it does 🙂👜

The bag is fantastic, however it took me over a week to get rid of a horrible smell inside. Any ideas what it could have been?
