I've been taking these pills for a while now and they are very convenient the pills are somewhat small and easy to swallow and I would say its doesn't have much of a aftertaste. I don't know about the long term effects because I haven't been taking it for long but I would say its an Okay value for money

From the first day of taking these i have had a terribly uncomfortable stomach. Bloating, gas and a horrible heavy feeling. I will stop taking them for a few days then try again and update if any change.
