There are 2 envelopes in the box - unmarked that look identical insides and out. The instructions say to mix the makeoli and enzyme powders with water. I decided before that it was two separate makeoli mixes and made two different batches. They both tasted right and were very good, but I just don't know....

I didn't have a chance too. Make this drink.The enzyme peck is not included in the box!Surprisingly this is not returnable!

I usually by Farmer Queen regular makgeolli. This was quite good, though a little more expensive than the regular.

There was no enzyme packet in my kit.

Easy to make with given instructions. Tastes great with an effervescence. Will definitely purchase again
