I received the rack on time, packaged well, and it was easy to assemble ( I did it! 😳). The rack helped my storage problem in my tiny kitchen, it matches and adds style to the tiny space. The bonus part in this case is that, I was expecting wire metal shelving, what I have is solid metal shelves that I love.

It’s very stronge

The product is light duty as you can discern from the other reviews. That package it comes in feels remarkably lightweight! When you take it out of the package to assemble, the shelves are thin and light. but you knew this because you read the reviews, so it is exactly the product you expected.I do not advise placing heavy items, say more than 5 or 10 pounds, on the upper shelves as it will be top-heavy. The bottom shelves may hold up to 30 pounds or so. The shelves are pretty much what I wanted. I like the options to use the wheels that are supplied with it or just friction pads for feet.I will supply the following comments to the seller too, to help improve the product literature/assembly instructions:1) It would be helpful to tell the reader at the start of the instructions to read over all the instructions first. Especially page 8, where you attach the X-brace (cross-bace) members. This is because you need to make sure that the 4 holes that receive the screws for the X-brace are all facing the same direction. I learned this the hard way when I discovered that 2 parts were mislabeled: Vertical pole II is supposed to be built out of members ("poles") A1-B-C1. But label C1 was applied to the wrong member, and the correct member was missing a label. So I had to partially disassemble and reassemble to get the 4 holes on the same side to attach the X-brace.2) The note on page 3 that says "When installing poles, please make sure the side with 2 holes of every pole is facing the same direction". The problem is that some of the poles have more than 2 holes facing the same direction, so what do you do with them? A simple, detailed illustration would be more helpful.3) The illustrations of the poles show holes in them, but the images are very small and I'm not certain they are correct. Moreover, there are holes at the ends of the poles that are not even mentioned in the text. I don't even know if they have any purpose. These are located on the ends of the poles where they slide over each other.4) One reason I purchased the units is that it comes with a choice of wheels or fixed feet. The wheels are nice; they incorporate a brake on them. I was afraid to find out if the brakes lock on or if they are simply temporary while you step on them. I took a risk of pushing harder on the brake and it did lock without breaking. It would be helpful if your instructions mentioned something about the brakes, and that they can be locked.

I’m one of those weirdos that typically likes assembling stuff like this. THIS item is a total piece of junk. The “legs” are 3 individual pieces of metal that freely rotate, however because they never attach or bolt to each other, the leg pieces only attach to individual shelves. I spent well over an hour after assembling this trying to get it square and actually sturdy. Two of the feet don’t touch the ground even after all the adjusting I tried to do after the fact.The instructions encourage you to reach out with issues, but they also made sure to leave out HOW you could even contact them at all!! Seems on purpose to me.I purchased this for storage in my pantry of small cooking appliances (crockpot, instapot, juicer, etc) but because it literally can’t touch the ground on 2 feet, this is going straight to the curb on trash day.I will not be spending any more time on this pile of garbage to disassemble and return.

This shelving unit is very well made, very sturdy and incredibly easy to put together! I think it literally took my son 5 minutes to put together! If you need a good sturdy shelving unit that can hold pretty much Anything, you won’t be disappointed with this unit. We’re very happy with it.

Shelf was easy to assemble and held up fine when stationary, even on the casters. A leg buckled when I tried to move it an inch and I discovered the threaded mount for the caster had come loose. I emailed Reibii, the manufacturer (or distributor?) with pictures and asked for pricing on replacement parts. Supposedly they're in Los Angeles so they must have people who can work in English, but there has been no response after a week. Is there no support after the product has been sold? It's still on the Amazon site, so they must have more in stock.

I use these as storage for my business. Great Quality. I would repurchase.
