The difference for me is massive. I used to get up at least twice in the night, I rarely get up to use the toilet in the night now. I ocasionally have a slight leak day or night, no more having to plan going out around toilets or wearing very absorbant pads, a pant liner is more than adequate. Can go hours without having to find a toilet. Mine was not pelvic floor issues so depending on why have bladder incontinence, this could be very useful. Also significantly cheaper than the brand leader.

We like to think that taking natural remedies for ailments works , usually not, BUT , this supplement has REALLY benefited me. My trips for pees in the night have reduced from 5 or 6 times to only 2 , stopped getting the need to pee all the time . Been using it for 6 weeks now and just reordered. If I am not mistaken , also, my hair seems better

Bad odour coming from the capsules sounds like cheapest quality. I straight away thrown in the bin. I wasted my money. Please please don’t buy.

I gave up my medication which I had been taking for years as I have an overactive bladder and kept going to the loo. This works just as well and it's natural.

Got these for an aged relative. The jury is still out as to how effective they are, although they’ve been taken for several weeks (6). Overall bladder control is slightly better but not remarkable. Another person may find them better, or it may be after six months things improve more.
