Missing 8 pieces and have totallyrefused to send them to me and only on day 6!It's such a shame as I was really looking forward to doing this every day. Also the quality is really nice, but without all the pieces it's a total waste of time 🙄Would not buy from them, terrible customer service.

Really disappointed. I thought this was a new product.....it came wrapped as new but clearly not. I'd bought to use as a family activity on Christmas day. The boxes were meant to be individual puzzles un their own right, building up to make the one large puzzle when combined. I didn't check the contents ahead of the scavenger hunt but when the first box was opened all of the picese were a jumble of different numbered pieces so not able to make in the manner advertised. We had to find all of the boxes and sort. It was even more disappointing that when assembled 2 pieces were missing. Totally ruined the activity.

I wanted to get a different advert calendar than the standard chocolate one & i wasn't disappointed. This is good fun each day & have something to keep afterwards. This can be done year after year. Do love a good puzzle.

The product states that each box contains a section of the puzzle to complete each day. We opened the first box and only found 2 straight edges then realised each box had random pieces. Completely ruined the point.

Seemed a really good idea for a birthday present for 1st December. However the pieces in the boxes were all mixed up. We did in the end up emptying and sorting them out so you completed a section each day. All numbered on the back. We did find a piece of puzzle was missing at the end!!! It was fun once we got the pieces sorted, the picture was nice, it might be more fun this year

Jigsaws fine if it’s just a jigsaw. Opened box 1 on the 1st December and not a single no. 1 piece in the box. Instead a whole mix of all numbers. Ended up having to empty all the boxes and sort all the pieces into separate boxes. Would have been okay but many pieces didn’t have a legible number. Don’t waste your money

It took qb3 weeks to arrive, but that was indicated when ordered. But this is absolutely not as described. You would think that each box contains a small section of the puzzle to put together every day and join up as you go along each day? Oh no... All boxes are a complete mismatch of pieces identified by the numbers on the back of each piece. There wasn't even one No 1 piece in box one. It took the best part of 2 hours opening all boxes and sorting the 1008 pieces into each corresponding box. It doesn't start at bottom right as indicated either but top left. And there is no poster!
