These are substantial crackers. They offer a tangy cheesy taste somewhat on the sour side. There is quite a lot of malic acid in these so they could create heartburn. These crackers are really good with a fatty kind of creamy dip. I would not pair these with anything vinegary acidic nor tomato based. These would be delicious with little pieces of bacon a top some cream cheese. These crackers hold up well and have a big crunch and are fairly large. The grooves are fun and the cheese flavor is punchy.

OMG these things are addicting! I've always preferred the white cheddar Cheez-It's over the others, but these are a delightful step up from those. My 7-year-old granddaughter agrees. She kept coming back for more and asked to take the box home, but it was empty! It's the white cheddar flavor and just the right crunch -- YUM.

My family all loves these! As soon as we open the box they are gone . Never have enough 😊
