DID NOT STICK TO SKIN EVEN 30 MINS SITTING DOWN - NO REFUND GIVEN
this product did not stay stuck to my skin for even 30 minutes and i was sitting DOWN with knee out straight. when i tried to return the product it would not let me (i guess because i used one). I'm extremely disappointed that i even tried it. totally waste of money. i've been having bad knee pain and was hoping this would help me. and the fact that they do NOT give money back and i only used 1 is horribe.

Good backup on tougher days
Some days my knee flares up worse than others, and I reach for one of these patches. They work pretty quickly and I can still go about my day without constantly thinking about the discomfort. Definitely a nice option to have around.
