Smoker Wood Chunks 13-16 lbs for Grilling, Smoking, and Wood Fire Cooking ~ 2 x 3 Inches, (Hickory, 790 Cu in.)

Arrived quickly, and packed well. Just finished my second load of smoked salmon, and Jerky using wood from these folks. Wood is dry, and well seasoned, catches fire quickly. Box comes packed with nicely cut wood pieces, each around 3 to 6 inches long, and maybe 2 to 3 inches wide, some with bark, some without. I find it far less costly to purchase wood this way, as opposed to the plastic bags from other suppliers, I don't smoke a lot of meat, so I don't order large amounts of wood... Ordered a second box, and it was exactly like the first box, all wood, not junk, well seasoned, and all cut correctly... Now if only they sold mesquite wood...

This wood is perfect for any type of bbq. Smells really good. Our chicken and steak had great taste! Very eased to used in our grill and it retained the heat well! They came clean and ready to use!

Beginner here. Used hickory flavored on offset smoker I bought from Amazon for $120+, this did the job. I tried to smoke lamp chops and bacon wrapped beef jalapeno roll, bacon unfortunately was already smoked by manufacturer, however the beef layer also got some of that smoke through the bacon. Good results with cream cheese n veggies too. Very pleasant, not bitter flavor. The wood comes very dried, kinda easy chipping if force is applied, easy burning, decent amount of smoke. I'll try other grands, but so far this is my go to for cookouts where I'm aiming for a predictable and reliable result

Well, it's just big box of wood chunks but for grill smokers like me, it's perfect. Nice large chunks.
