Fresh from the box. Many of the pieces are ripped or attached/not fully cut apart.

Really cute scene. The problem was that the product is pretty cheap. A lot of the pieces were still attached to each other and the backs were not completely cut through which caused them to be damaged and broken when separating.

Not happy with puzzle
I have bought Buffalo puzzles for a long time.I have liked the quality. I used to buy White Mountain but I thought their quality was lacking. I was not happy with this puzzle. Some of the pieces were halfway broken and their were some pieces that the paper was pealing. I wrote them an e mail regarding my issues but I did not get a reply. So their customer service is also lacking.
