I almost didn’t order this because of the melodramatic reviews that it was way too salty. This is not my experience.I came down with a terrible stomach flu and couldn’t eat anything for several days. I even had a hard time drinking water. I became dehydrated and remembered I should probably get some electrolytes.My husband went to the pharmacy and asked the pharmacist who recommended one of the brands on the shelf. He got the one they had with the least sugar (9grams per serving). I could not drink it, it was SO sweet. Unbelievably sweet. It was nauseating.So, I thought I would see if I could find one that was sugar-free online. I looked at several, but this one seemed like the best, no sugar, no additives,. no flavor (because actually I like the taste of water). I’m writing this review mainly because I am frustrated by some of the reviews that (while they’re certainly entitled to their opinions), I think it could mislead people.I hardly taste anything and it certainly is not as salty as some say. It dissolves easily and it has made drinking more water easier somehow, softer. It has really helped me a lot with this illness.

This product contains iron and says on the package not to give it to children under 18. The warning should be larger on the label. Other than that, it’s a great product. I like that it isn’t sweet and can be added to homemade broth or fruit juice. Slight salty taste when mixed in. Good value compared to other rehydration products. Natural ingredients. Would recommend to adults.

Worth the cost. This has a small measuring spoon, no sugar, no taste supplement. I had low electrolytes & was looking for something without sugar or artificial flavoring to add to drinks. Now if I feel my electrolytes are low, I use this. It really helps.

I wanted get electrolytes but didn't want to have flavor, or sweetener in it. It took a bit of searching and I found a few options. I chose this one for some of the specs and ingredients, but also for the cheaper price, and I am not disappointed. This mixes well in water, doesn’t taste too salty (and not stringently salty, more soft…). I don’t like drinking water, and am perpetually dehydrated, so I am enjoying something that will help me retain more and keep me healthier!! So far so good.

Just received item and I like the fact that there is no sugars of any kind !! Only have taken twice so can’t say if I’m going to gain any health benefits. A little salty but almost taste less . Will need more time to evaluate properly. Only reason I gave four stars .

Compared to other brands like "Redmonds relyte", this brand has much better ingredients for an electrolyte powder. Its also not crazy expensive as Redmond, (which I understand because they do lots of marketing to celebs). People are wining about the taste, but it taste perfect there's no taste to it so why would you want them to put an artificial sweetener in it? I don't get people sometimes. Its a great electrolyte powder, high quality ingredients. Don't add sweetners to this!!! Keep it just like you are. Its Perfect!!!! Thank you!

It's hard to find electrolyte mix that doesn't have stevia, monk fruit, or artificial flavors. I decided to give an unflavored one a try and this one had good reviews and was a decent price. This powder dissolves quickly so it's never gritty. There are a lot of servings in this package and I use it every day. Maybe twice a day. There is a teeny bit of a salty taste when I mix it in water but it's not bad. I feel like it keeps me hydrated and I like the variety of minerals included.

I really like the composition of this formulation of electrolytes, with lots of good minerals (and more potassium than sodium, which I like) and -- to me very important -- no sweeteners of any kind. The solution tastes slight salty and though it doesn't taste bad, I do prefer adding something to slightly sweeten or citrus it up a bit. I can add exactly how much of whatever I want to add (juice of 1/2 lemon or a big splash of grapefruit juice is what I've used so far). This was the product I was searching for because I want only a minimal amount of sugar (the instructions say having a bit of sugar actually helps the minerals get absorbed), just enough to make it taste reasonable but not to give me a big spike in blood sugar. Gatorade has too much sugar and I can't tolerate the taste of stevia in LMNT. There's a small scoop in the package and after adding a scoop of the product to 16 oz of water, it goes into solution goes very quickly. Then it's ready for the addition of whatever you like and how much you like. A big thumbs up.
