Does the job as described, on your posture

Posture back correction that actually works.My husband is suffering for back pain caused by too many hours at the desk .We have booked an appointment to have his back checked ,which during the current situation is going to take some time to actually be seen by a doctor.So I thought of ordering one of these instead by that time and see whether they any good.Surprisingly ,he could feel the difference from the 1 hour of using it.Although he didn't felt as comfortable with it ,the pain seemed to be significant less ,hence he continued to use it every day since.He is using it for one hour max as he did try for longer but felt pain on his chest /hart.Size wise I believe is a bit smaller than expected.He usually wears S-M for T-shirt ,I have ordered the posture correction on L size ,yet still it can barely fit him ,so quite small in reality.

Absaloutly good product

I'm only a few days into using this one, but must say it actually works quite well. I think the reason is that it's got quite a long stuff bit supporting your back. The veclro straps around your ribs once strapped tight then cause you to stand/sit more upfront.Very noticeable difference whilst wearing it. And has seem to help a bit with my stiff neck.I'll update in due course if it seems this was short lived.But in the meantime, I'd say worth a go - much better than the other one I tried about a year ago.

Wearing this posture corrector is somewhat like wearing a rucksack without the bag element. It's comfortable and its mere presence does make you mindful of poor posture but it can do nothing to actually correct curvature of the spine (as far as I can tell) and I found that after sustained use it wasn't the wonder corrector promised. Having tried a few of these I have to say results tend to be similar. Wear it to remind you to stand up straight but don't imagine it can encourage a radical transformation.

This is easy to fit and wear.Does pull the shoulders back a bit and makes you more conscious of your posture.BUT.. it does not really help if it's your lower back that needs straightening.And I think lower back is more often where bad posture develops into problems.It only comes halfway down your body and the front strap gous around your belly rather than your waist.If you have a beergut (like someone I know) it makes you look like Santa Claus.Still, if it's your shoulders you want pulling back, this does work, is easy to put on and easy to adjust with Velcro style fastenings. Makes you feel like you're doing something healthy. Wear it tight and it could almost have a gastric band effect.Worth a try at the current price.

I've tried similar products in the past, with unsatisfactory results. However, this posture corrector does seem as though it may help. It's easy to fit, and although I initially found it uncomfortable, you only have to wear it for a short time (15 mins or so per day to begin with) and I soon got used to it. It's reasonably priced too.
