Yes it is cloraplast, pvc(?) costed cardboard, corrugated cardboard and its light weight and super easy to clean. Having two I was able to make a three story guinea pig palace for my girls :) CnC cages are wonderful

Not plastic
I received this item and I was very disappointed to find that it is not plastic. Instead, it is just really thick cardboard. I will be returning this item since the cardboard will not hold up with fluids. I needed this to put under litter boxes. Very disappointed.
