I recently added this supplement to my pre-workout and post workout shake. It has absolutely had a positive effect on my workouts. Joint health and recovery are noticeably better. In short, its an overall feeling of wellness when I workout. It's only been about three weeks of using and it has not detracted from my recovery only enhanced it. Now to be honest, I used a mixture of creatine, all natural protein powder and beet juice along with colostrum so this is just part of a cocktail of all natural ingredient that is also low in sugar. This is something my doctor recommended for building up my immunity and helping my gut. I mix this with yogurt and fruit or pomegranite powder and it makes a tasty treat as well as being very nutritious. I mix it in my oatmeal as well. I have not tried it in liquid. My gut does feel better but it will take time before I know if it helps my immunity. I am expecting it will because my doctor recommended it. It is a quality product and I recommend it although I wish I could get a bigger size.

I usually use collagen but saw raves about using colostrum so I thought I’d give it a shot. The ingredients list has the least additives of the free I looked at so that made my decision easy. The powder is extremely ground so mixing was easy. I tried with water and it reminded me of skim milk (not a fan) so I began using it in my iced coffee. It did not add any flavor. I did not notice much of a difference so I went back to collagen. I may try again soon.

I've been using this product for a few months now. Halfway through my 4th container with the 5th on the way. I got it to try to fix my leaky gut issue which can take months. I've seen improvement in my nail health, hair health, but the most obvious change has been my metabolism. I'm now at my preferred weight, and have no trouble maintaining it. I've found I no longer need my fiber supplement. It's easy to mix and drink. Just part of my routine now.
