This was an excellent pet carrier for my puppy unfortunately, although it states that it is airline approved, the airlines themselves are allowed to make their own measurement requirements and unfortunately, this one did not meet the measurements needed for my JetBlue flight.By the time I got back from Florida with my pop, I had passed the timeframe to submit my returned item. I feel that this item is a great quality. Excellent pricing, but does not meet the requirements needed for specific airline requirements.. because I missed the deadline. I am going to relist an attempt to sell online to recoup some of the cost.I feel that all pet carrier sellers should be reviewed to ensure that they meet the actual airline requirements instead of the outdated FAA requirements. I don’t believe that there is any combination of the same airlines meeting the same requirements and that is very unfortunate.

This dog crate had everything that was needed, but bigger than I wanted to go beneath an airplane seat. The wheels and ability to pull along did work well though. Sent this item back because of size

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had other carriers and I still use them at home because my dog loves to sleep in it. But without the wheel they became a hassle for me and my bad lumbar and shoulders. But this one is PERFECT! Whoever designed this, they knew what they were doing.The only thing I would consider is adding a removable frame for the body of the carrier, so this way they can stay open at home whenever we’re not traveling. The current system this carrier has doesn’t allow such thing as it collapses as soon as we open either sides.This carrier is by far the best I’ve ever had! I’m so happy I bought it! I can’t wait to go on my next trip with my boo boo.

I ordered this carrier put it together one of the wheels would not fit properly in the slot it was too small kept falling out. I returns it for a replacement of the same item. Same problem but this time 2 of the wheels weretoo small for the slot it was to go in. So returns that one also . Did not order again.
