I ordered a water filter several months ago. When I went to change the refill filter I discovered the display had malfunctioned. I contacted the company, and within only a couple of days, they had completely resolved my issue with a replacement. Fast excellent service, and I have been very pleased with the filter too since purchasing.

Great value especially with 2 water filters in the box. Have used their filters for a couple of years along with older version pitcher. This is definitely more sleek, doesn't take as much room in refrigerator. Filter fills quicker on this one. Functionality needs improvement where the water comes out. For some reason when you go to pour the little lid doesn't open unless you open it before pouring. Can't say about how long will last haven't used it long enough. Love everything about this except for the little lid not functioning on its own when you pour the water. Water tastes great, love that it is a small company!

First purchased in January 2022, after not wanting to pay for bottled water even though we have good filtered water already from our refrigerator. I was seeking alkaline water for health reasons, and this one looked right and the reviews on Amazon were really good.I did have one small occurrence of black particles in the water after properly dumping the first three or four jugs of water. Customer service got on it real fast, promptly sending a replacement filter plus one more at no charge.Have not tested the ph on my own but the water tastes good all the time. I read on review where a man with a ph meter was still getting a ph level well over 8 after 75 days of use!Some reviews show a problem with a leaky filter where some water is not all going through but around the rim. Problem could be filter not down in all way, or it might not be aligned right. This might be rectified by turning the filter around 180 degrees. My lid two or three times seemed not to have been on tight and I discovered the interior bowl when after cleaning/ filter replacement sometimes is slightly out out place and you just adjust accordingly. Hey folks you’re talking plastic here!Love the water and company, and the 3.5 liter pitcher and have reordered again today. Was wanting to know about anyone using the 3.8 liter model. I just make a whole gallon daily which I pour in a gallon jug to measure water intake daily

I really do like the water filter but disappointed on the timer on top. I contacted the company and they were quick to send me another one but it also did the same thing. Unfortunately, you can't remove it to maybe change out the battery. All in all, I gave 4 stars because of the quality of it but not 5 because the timer is very convenient but doesn't work for long.
