Game changer
I've been searching for a suitable cleanser for my face for years due to sensitive skin and I've finally found one that doesn't irritate my skin. This product is brilliant. It's thick so you only need a small amount to remove a full face of makeup in one cleanse also means this big tub lasts for a long time. It leaves my skin feeling soft and able to breath, it's a keeper.

Nice Product, gentle on skin.
This cleansing balm is a nice gentle product, it appears to remove make up and texture wise it reminds me a lot of a leading brand ( almost feels like a crunchy Vaseline type texture) .It doesn’t really have much of a smell though.The pot is a decent size too so will last for ages.

One of the best moisturisers ever.

Beautiful Balm
This balm is beautiful and I've used many different cleansing balms. It has a very subtle fragrance that does not overpower. The balm is quite firm but easy to work with. Once applied to the skin if you wet your hands and emulsify, it is a creamy oil consistency. It removes all makeup and doesn't irritate the skin or eyes, and it doesn't make eyes cloudy either. Really beautiful product for the price.

Very thick consistency and doesn’t feel luxurious
I really wanted to like this more as the price made it seem decent value for money.However, the consistency is very thick. It’s like wax or dried honey. You really need to work it into the skin which feels a little abrasive especially when compared with leaders like Elemis and Clinique, whose balms melt into your skin.In its defence it does seem to remove make up well but it does not remove waterproof eyeliner well at all.Sadly I wouldn’t recommend as I think there are better products

Very harsh on the eyes! It removed badly mascara and it removed few of my lashes too. It is difficult to remove and very thick.

Leaves skin soft!
If you are like me, I do not have time for myself out of habit, a bad habit, I know, however...after using Elemis products and thinking what a rip off for £45 their Rose Balm cleanser is, I began searching for cheaper yet of equal quality products...and discovered this product...this is my THIRD tub...and I love it...it goes on from my chest up my neck to my hairline...and I wipe off with a warm white flannel ( which gets boiled with white towels)This balm leaves my skin feeling so soft, and moisturised. It works for me! I do not have to Faff on with moisturisers...I use morning and night on combination skin...I am 60+
