Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding Lloyd AC Purchase (Model: GLS18I5FWBEW)Dear Amazon Team,I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with the Lloyd Split AC (Model: GLS18I5FWBEW, Serial No. A87NLG0J6EQFM20) purchased through Amazon. Since installation, the AC has been malfunctioning and creating a foul smell in the room. Despite repeated follow-ups with the local Lloyd service center for over a month, the issue has not been resolved. Instead, I have received only false promises without any actual action.This has caused me significant inconvenience, wasted time, and frustration. To make matters worse, when I checked the reviews of this service center, I noticed several other customers facing the same issues and poor service. Clearly, this is not an isolated case.As Amazon was the delivery and sales partner, I sincerely urge you not to recommend Lloyd ACs further to genuine customers, especially those who trust Amazon’s reputation for quality products. Selling such products and associating with such poor after-sales service partners ultimately damages Amazon’s credibility.I request you to kindly take up this matter with Lloyd on priority, arrange a refund or replacement, and also review whether this brand should continue being offered to valued Amazon customers.

Not for durability, long term engagement with this AC
This review is being given after 1 year.During the year 1 , we faced issueswith technical support , we faced error code display Like CL, E3 etc.You have to call support and they people give you some excuses and reset the system.This is how you will face first year with Lloyd 1.5 , 5 Star inverter AC.Now come on to year 2, Just the start of year 2 , I found that the cooling sensor is malfunctioning, you have to call support again , raise a ticket and the technician will advise you buy the Sensor.I have faced this issue just 4 days after my warranty expired.Company says you don't have warranty, I said the error code was displaying for 5 to 6 days, how come one should know about the presice meaning, but no one takes care.In presice if you are looking for long term AC please don't go with Lloyd.
