There's a lot of options on the market, and they are all not cheap. This set is very well made, the blocks are soft enough to not hurt if your little one tumbles on them, but they are stiff and do not collapse. The materials makes it easy to wipe up any spills. However, they were a SMIDGE smaller than I expected, but it is still perfect for my 1 year old to climb all over. Also, only the ramp and square block have Velcro on the bottom, I was under the impression every piece (aside from the cylinder) would be able to connect, but it hasn't been an issue for us so far anyway. Great purchase!

Pieces are smaller than I thought. He's just learning to crawl. We will see how he likes them.

I bought these for my great nephew and his parents say they are great and the baby loves them.

As a mom of 3 under 3 these mats are a joke. Poor quality. Material is cheap. Stitching is awful. I could go on. Upon opening the box I was so severely disappointed, I immediately went to return it. I was charged a $25 shipping fee to return the mats. So disappointed and an absolute rip off.

These were just right for a one year birthday present. Older children will use to make forts or build. Seeing our two grandchildren play differently with them makes me think it’s a good transition choice. I wish they were a little more neatly sewn but look pretty good except for a little wrinkle in the vinyl. Easy to wipe clean. Would be nice to have a few more options for Velcro with other flat pieces. It was a good value for the money. Our grandsons love them ages 1-4

The “cubes” are more dense than I expected. They seem to keep the shape with a one year old playing on them. The size is a little smaller than I had hoped. I feel they will clean easily.

Good tool for therapists to use that has his germs alone! Plus I can work with him myself!
