It takes time. If you lose hair & experience the "shedding phase" then it is working. Your follicles are reacting & preparing for new growth. The fact they are reacting, means it will work. When I opened it and removed the cap, the white tip came off too. I tried to push it back but not successful. So it is full but not usable.😔

Did some research this is the only product that is claimed to work .buy the one with higher chemical .It seems to help my aging hair

Very awkward to use. The dispenser broke on the first one I bought. The second one was ok, but it's a ridiculousway to apply it. Needs a much better dispenser. I will look for a better product.

My first order was fine. But the bottle i just received does not spray a foam. Instead, it dispenses a runny liquid. I tried to return it and amazon gives me messages that this product is not eligible for return or replacement! In my 10th attempt to get a return on amazon's website i got through to a robot and finally to a phone call from amazon customer service. they called and there was no one there, only background noise from a large call center. I hung up. They called me back. As I tried to describe the problem, the guy hung up on me before I could complete my first sentence.
