I have an older child with multiple food allergies, so I took my little guy to the allergist with this product in hand to make a plan for introducing him to allergens. We did a food challenge/ supervised introduction, (which he passed!) and were told to feed him peanut 3 times per week going forward. This makes it so easy, I just mix it in with purees or formula a few breakfasts a week. Can’t wait for their baked egg powder!

For us this was a good way to consistently introduce allergens without the mess of trying to blend peanut butter. I was a little hesitant when ordering because I hadnt heard of the company and was worried about artificial fillers / ingredients, but there aren't any (at least on the label). This took care of a significant concern for us - a close friend is very allergic to peanuts and I've seen the impact on her quality of life, so we want to do everything in our power to avoid that for ds. He seems to like it so we're pretty happy all around and would definitely recommend to other parents with allergy concerns.

I rarely write reviews but am writing it for any other parents who are looking for peanut powder but are trying to avoid cross contamination with other allergens. I would have appreciated if they included their entire label on amazon picture description or even on their website. We found out our child is allergic to egg and are attempting to introduce to peanut. The jar states “made on equipment that processes eggs...” and other allergens. I appreciate they label for possible cross contamination (which is voluntary) but it would have been nice to know prior to purchasing. I have returned the product.

I love the idea of early introduction of peanuts but this product was not made properly to be put into a bottle because it repeatedly clogs the nipple while my baby is drinking

We introduced peanuts to my son at 5 months when we introduced solids. The powder is very easy to mix into the baby food and my son loves it. Great product.

I used Lil Mixins starting at 4 months for my now 1 year old and loved the convenience of mixing a little bit of powder to her bottle, then later to her food. Now, I have a baby shower coming up and snagged a bottle for a friend, who has a history of allergies in her family, to help mitigate reactions her little one might experience otherwise.

This didn't mix as well as I would have liked in the formula,but no worries. It mixes perfectly in food,so that's where I use it.

This product is awesome! I got it to add to a baby shower gift and my friend loved it! She has been using it for her now 4 month old regularly and loves it! She was definitely stressed about introducing allergens to her baby and can't stop talking about how easy Lil Mixins is to use!
