Love the feel, fit, and function of the case, but especially appreciated the customer service!Within a few days of using the case, it fell out of my pocket, and though it fully protected my phone, the case ended up with a small cut on the corner that kept catching on things and getting larger. I reached out to the company, and they requested a photo and then sent a full replacement within days of my initial contact! The product alone gets 5 stars, but I would add more stars if I could because of the customer service.

This phone case is so nice and sleek. Exact color. I got it in lavender and it makes my phone look nice. It protects my phone and comes with a screen protector (the case even protects the camera lenses and still takes perfect pictures). The only thing that I don’t like is that when you put it in your pocket, it’s so hard to get out and when you do get it out, your pocket comes out with it because it’s rubber. I still love this case.

A top tier phone case honestly. The thickness is great and material is super durable. The edges that are supposed to protect the screen are thick and high enough that your screen actually doesn’t touch any surface if dropped on the screen side.

The SuydanBox iPhone case is an excellent choice, especially if you’ve loved their previous versions like I did with my iPhone 11. The MagSafe compatibility works flawlessly, and the soft silicone material feels both durable and comfortable in hand. I really appreciate the thoughtful design—complete coverage for the back and camera lenses, plus a raised lip around the front for added screen protection. The color is true to what’s shown, which is always a nice touch. While the case is just slightly loose around the charging port, it’s hardly noticeable and doesn’t affect the functionality. Overall, it’s nearly perfect—I only wish they offered it in the same vibrant orange I had before!

This phone case is exactly what I was looking for. It’s light weight and the color is beautiful. It came with a screen protector which has held up pretty well. It also fits all of the buttons well.The only cons about this product is that it didn’t come with instructions on how to apply the screen protector and the material of the case is kind of soft so it picks up fuzz when I put it in my pocket.

Accidentally ordered 2 but I’m not mad about it. Love this case!

It has so far protected my phone. However, when I tried to take it off, the plastic inside the silicone snapped in half. It's not that big of a deal, it doesn't affect the look of it. The screen protector was not easy to put on and it cracked in itself. My phone remains uncracked after many drops, though.
