Cleaver Knife 7 Inch, Ultra Sharp Japanese High Carbon Steel Vegetable Meat Cleaver, Multifunction Chopper Butcher Knife for Home Kitchen and Restaurant

I like to use a cleaver designed for bench work and not hacking meat. This is certainly such a knife. It is well balanced, stays sharp, and feels good in the hand. I quit using my Chefs knife and always reach for this one. I can slice and dice anything I want to. The blade has a slight rocker to allow you to cut cleanly I recommend this highly.

My sister wanted a cleaver for her birthday so I researched and landed in this one. I liked the look, shape, handle and reviews. I have not used it so can’t comment first hand but she called immediately after receiving it and raved about it. She absolutely loves the feel and control. (So, apparently I got it right)

GREAT cleaver knife. Beautifully designed. Blade is very thin and makes this knife very light compared to other meat cleaver designs. It says hand wash, but I place it on the top rack and have had no problems.Great great Amazon Prime special sale price makes this a must have item for my kitchen knife collection.Remember great tools make for easier prep work...!!

Beautiful knife.

This is a quality cleaver, the size, weight, ergonomics, and steel are all very good. The finish and attention to detail are in a class of items selling for twice the price. It comes very sharp right out of the box. This is a mid range cleaver capable of doing 90% of tasks in a kitchen, not a heavy pork chop cutter, and not a real thin vegetable knife. A 90 lb. weakling, with a little instruction, can do tough kitchen cutting tasks with a cleaver like this. Every kitchen needs a quality cleaver, and this one is quality for a good price. I recommend it.

This Hoshanho 7" cleaver arrived in beautiful packaging. It presented very well. The knife itself appears well-constructed and designed. It exceeded my expectations. This is a nice and, at the time of writing this review, affordable option for those in need of a cleaver. I felt no untowards vibration when using the knife. It seems balanced nicely and sturdy enough to manage prolonged use. I'm glad to have added this to my small collection of kitchen knives.All in all, I'm pleased with this cleaver. Should my experience with it change in the future, the review will be updated.
