Love it, bought it for school and use it 3-4 hours a night. Easily the best computer I’ve owned for ease and helps keep up with the speed of the computer too. Definitely worth it!

So happy with my new computer! This was a huge investment for my small business and I’m so excited to put it to use! I had a MacBook that lasted me at least 7 years but started to slow down. I’ve since been working with an iPad while figuring out what system I wanted next. It did the job but let’s just say I appreciate this computer all the more. I was nervous ordering from Amazon instead of Apple directly but it came on time, in perfect condition.

Computer works extremely well. Amazon sucks because they messed up, price went up and they promised to refund the difference and now they are trying to cheat me out of it. NEVER AGAIN!

The computer is OK. Works fine but is certainly not up to the 27" iMac. The standard non-upgraded memory is too low and then on top of that, they only give you 2 ports for peripherals. Time Machine takes one and voila, we're down to 1! For what Apple charges, they seemed to have really gone cheap on this one. I solved the issues with a dock, but shouldn't have to do that. Not up to Apple's usual high standards.

After using a Dell for the last ten years and a Gateway before that, I was a little hesitant to switch to iMac because there is definitely a learning curve using a new operating system. However, it was easy to set up and going through the online user manual was helpful too. I bought the AppleCare too, and the tech was able to walk me through a few things I didn’t understand which differed from Windows. Also my email didn’t transfer over from the cloud even though all my photos and passwords did. But I shared my screen with the tech and he helped me resolve that problem. I’m still getting used to the new operating system but I love how fast it is and how crisp every looks. Very happy with the purchase.
