Quite watery, but did help me sleep

We love this product! Started using it on our two children and their sleep improved within a coupleOf weeks! Isn’t too thick or sticky and smells fantastic! Great for our sensitive skin and great price too! We’ve purchased a few times now!

I found this does help with sleep, especially if you use it on your feet as well but do not use if you have sensitive skin. It does sting and after a week or so if using, my hands have started to peel

It works! I'm sleeping so much better. I massage it on my arms before bedtime. It only needs a small amount of lotion, it will last ages. It's soothing and easy to apply. It's really good value for money.

Game changer for me. I've always been a terrible sleeper, perimenopause has made it worse. I rub this into my legs as I got to bed and half an hour later I feel I can sleep when previously I was 3 hours to nod off! Think it helps me get back to sleep too - not always, but most times. Does nip a bit if you've a little cut or hack on skin, but i can live with that for the most consistent sleep I've had in years.
