As noted these are a tight fit for standard NHS elbow crutches. It does require a little diluted washing up liquid to help slide on. And a-bit of strength to push these on but it is worth it as they are then v secure and won’t get pulled off if caught at an angle and pulled . Wet floors eg in supermarkets is a major slip hazard but the tred grips tight. Also wider rim is more stable than the ones provided with the crutches. Well worth any hassle.

I've been on crutches for the last 8 weeks, after I smashed my knee and was non weight bearing up until 3 days ago, the crutches supplied by the NHS are absolutely deadly, I had 2 nasty falls because the rubber feet are just not fit for purpose, I had zero confidence in them which seriously affected my mobility, I looked for replacement crutches but then stumbled across these, so I thought I'd take the plunge, I'm so glad I did, I have had zero slips since putting these on, and my confidence is back, I'm gonna be on crutches for another 2 months and would not have been able to get about on the original NHS setup, ...I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THESE, TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. my kitchen is ceramic tiled, and my living room is polished hardwood floor, but these handle them with ease, I don't have to worry about my outdoor steps being wet,.. THESE HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE.

Our garden chairs have narrow legs made of metal tubing. They kept sinking into soft ground. These feet, although designed for crutches, fitted our chairs perfectly and solve the problem. They are very sturdy (and quite heavy), but flexible enough to cope with the slight angle of the back chair legs. Delivery was prompt. Very happy.

Very well made, heavy/sturdy. They were 4 times bigger than what I needed for my lightweight stick, I have donated them to a charity shop but still wanted to do a review to let you see the difference in the pictures so you can make an informed decision with a visual comparison also. Again, great value but just not for me and my clumsy feet.

I've held off review these because my last few ventures into ferrule's has not been so good. What looks solid has broken or come apart very soon after fixing on. These have been on since January 2024 and is still working perfectly. I need my stick to walk so it is in constant use. It's not bent or buckled and when I finally have to replace them, I will most certainly be buying the same again.

These give much more grip and make crutches safer.

Great have stopped me slipping while I'm using my crutches ,took my son and all his strength to get them on the crutches ,I thought I'd bought the wrong size but they did fit and really make me feel stableWould recommend to anyone feeling their crutches are slipping on different surfaces .

Very sturdy to use, much better for me anyway to walk with crutches using these ferrels, than the normal ones. I have to put a lot of weight through the crutches, as very painful when putting weight on my leg having trochanter bursitis.
