I have celiac and a corn allergy and these nuts gave me an allergic reaction. My guess is that it may have corn contamination since in this day & age I would hope manufacturers accurately test for gluten.

I thought the walnuts tasted a sweet and I love the freshness.

I have been trying different brands, mostly because several brands in the past have tasted somewhat stale to me. I have ordered this brand twice, and both times the walnuts have tasted fresh, not stale. I will stick with this brand and vendor - both very good.
