This is not a review of using these on my truck yet or how they've held up. I just wanted to recognize that the delivery process was amazing. It came two days early and was very quick and they had detailed instructions all the way until they got to me. And I must say I've bought and changed a lot of tie rod ends and these look and feel real tight and amazing. So hopefully they hold up which I don't have a doubt in my mind but just wanted you guys to know that they do come very quickly.

The parts came, the box was damaged. The end was missing on it. Box was smashed.1 of the items, the sleeve was missing (ES3420) Contacted Detroit Axel, (Jesse) first help me, said they'll be sending out another part. A couple days later, Hazel contacted me and said the part is in route, Receive the part On the 15th of July. They went above and beyond to take care of it, thank you 😊

The kit was delivered earlier than expected. Very prompt and easy. A great value. this is why I gave 1 stars. The kit of parts was complete but one of the tie rod ends was not correct. The tie rod end had the wrong boot 1/2" to tall and the threads were 1/2" to short. the cast notch was missing that holds the retaining/ alignment pin. This kit was a certified fit for my truck. This forced me to by a new tie rod locally at full retail. there is no voice customer service only text through amazon parts were already installed and i need the truck up and running. I tried to work with the retailer asking for a 50% refund for my troubles. Detroit Axel was prompt in their response but would only credit me $17 for the value of the one tie rod end. I had to report my issue to Amazon customer service who issued me a 100% refund without returning the parts.

About these for my 2006 F-350 four-wheel drive and they fit perfectly as expected and tightened my steering right up. The shipper got it to me a lot faster than it was expected. At the time I believe the shipping was supposed to take 7 to 10 business days and I got it in like 3. The only thing that could use a little work is their packaging seeing as how when it got to me the boxes were pretty beat up and parts were kind of sticking out but I was not missing anything.
