Lawns 1-2-3 (HOME DEPOT 1-2-3)

I bought this book when I found out that the house we bought had a crappy lawn and it would cost to much to have an outside company come fix it. So I found this book and it gives step-by-step expert advise on how even the most beginner DIYer can have a great looking lawn and stay well under budget. Everyone should have a great green lawn and not have to spend a ton of money on landscaping companies to do it for them. This book can show you how to create pathways or even do pavers if you like. Great gift to anyone who needs or likes to work outside and make their yard a place of zen and tranquility.

For a lawn newbie, taught me the basics about lawn care. Very well written. I keep referring back to it. One of the better 1-2-3 books.
