Great for days when you're on the go.
I started using Almased as a meal replacement for times when I'm very busy and don't find time to eat healthily and because I find it difficult to find healthy wheat-free snacks. I find it nutritious and filling with the bonus that it reduces my expenditure on lunch/brunch. The sachets are great for keeping in my rucksack or handbag for times when it's not convenient to eat a meal or there's no decent reasonably-priced options, for example, at an airport or train station.

The flavour is alright, but I haven't only lost 2 lbs in the whole pack I used, ITS VERY EXPENSIVE , to buy, so will not buy again because of its price. Blondie

The flavour has improved.
It tastes much less bitter than the last time I bought it. It’s good for IBS D as it slows down the peristalsis and seems to be antispasmodic. Certainly good for weight loss.

THE MOST DISGUSTING THING IVE EVER TASTED
Bought these to use for a few weeks to loose weight. They really are the most disgusting thing I have ever had the misfortune to drink. They taste like sour milk mixed with flour and water. I normally try to leave positive reviews but these are just awful and undrinkable in my opinion.

Tasty, filling, it works!
Probably one of the nicest natural protein/ weightloss shakes I have tried.I always blend in my blender with water, and some ice. To change it up sometimes I add a banana...this makes rhe texture really creamy. ADD cocoa powder Iifyiu need a chocolate fix!

Lost 4.5lbs in 3 days
This is a good product- doesn’t make false claims. It’s not delicious but is perfectly adequate. Just use it as directed and you will see results. I’m not sure about the ability to keep you from feeling hungry- I was very hungry at times! But the scales don’t lie.
