Way better than the earpiece I currently wear for work. Ear pieces in general are not comfortable for me and this one is no different. One thing I can say though is that the piece hooks around your ear, which I like, so the earpiece sort of just sits on the outside of my ear. I like that it has a shorter cord just because it works for me since I am short and did not like the excess cord of my last ear piece.I wish the earpiece was able to switch to different sizes like most are, but it is one size.Overall I like this earpiece. It does not have to be turned up too loud to hear and does not block you from hearing surrounding noises.

I prefer the wire earpiece version over the "tube". The tubes are okay, but they are prone to clog during the summer months when a person is in and out of air conditioning (in and out of a squad car). The tube gets condensation in it, which builds up until the sound is blocked. With these, there is no tube and no condensation problem. The black wire is not obtrusive. I use mine with a Motorola PMMN4096 Wireless Remote Speaker Microphone. I have used these in the past with Kenwood radios too. Just ensure you order the correct sized plug (2.5mm or 3.5mm).

At my job it's important that my equipment functions properly. Product so far is doing well.

Got this for work I do enjoy it. Sucks when you wanna hear eye wear but I found a way around it. Sound quality is fairly good but can be a bit of a pain after long term wear...oddly enough if the volume is set high enough you can move the ear bud off your ear and to front is your ear and hear it perfectly as if it was a bone conductor head set

Don't expect the "comfort" to be great, it takes getting use to. I work 12 hour shifts with mine and make sure to take the earpiece out here and there to give my ear a break.Overall, I say it's a good product though.

They wear well. Just a bit short. Have to stretch it some in the beginning. would have rated higher if it were about 4 inches longer.

Good sound quality. Comfortable in the ear. Needs a clip to clip to your collar because it tends to pull from turning my head and I have to re-adjust if every so often during my shift. No complaints other than that.
