Makes you wanna go poo!
Got this for the Dog. She has a sensitive digestive tract and a little bit of this in her food makes everything go SMOOTHLY. It seems to help hold down bloat as well.

Horses won’t touch it
I got this for my two horses, one is slightly picky but the other will eat anything. NEITHER will touch this stuff. I like powder psyllium better than pellets, but it creates this strange thick, gooey consistency.

Removes sand beautifully
Is it slightly disgusting because it looks like jello mixed into alfalfa pellets??…yes. But it works WONDERS on removing sand in the gut. I adopted a mustang with 40 lbs of sand in her gut. After a few weeks of giving her this in her wet pellets, the sand is down by at least half. I now have this stuff on auto-ship from their website since I live in a sandy, windy part of AZ. Thank heavens for the hardiness of mustangs…and good psyllium.

Just not sure about it
My mare does not care to finish her grain when I mix this in.

Pretty terrible
I’m not sure how well this psyllium really works since this is the first time I’ve tried it, and it will definitely be the last too. It is disgustingly gelatinous and mixing it into their grain made the entire thing like some gross gravy. The horses ate it, so that was good I guess, but my horses are sloppy eaters and when they ate this and slopped it around with their grain, this stuff stuck EVERYWHERE. My gelding even got some stuck to him and it literally ripped the hair out trying to get it off. I’ll never try this again!! Spend the few extra dollars for pellets or seriously any other brand of powder other than this.

Horse won’t eat it
My horse won’t eat it.. She eats her grain around it and leaves it at the bottom of her feeder. Wish it came in pellet form.
