Well it's a good product and the air in the room has improved. Only thing is if there's a way to clean the fan blades to keep the product in good condition. The life of this product would be better apart from that well built and nicely designed thank you for the product andI will definitely look after it

Do not buy and save yourself the hassle of returning used product.
The media could not be loaded. The product arrived in a Homedics box that had clearly been repaired with tape and labels, suggesting it had been previously opened or returned. Upon switching the device on, it shook violently, prompting me to inspect it further. I discovered that one of the fan vanes was broken, and one pin on the plug was bent. ( Similar to other review!!) video is at lowest fan speed.It is evident that this is a used or previously returned item, which is not fit for sale or intended purpose.Homedics answer was just return it to amazon. Looks like they use amazon to sell their returns. no doubt someone else will get this returned product.

It works better than I expected much quieter than I expected
Arrived in excellent time and well packaged it had clear and precise instructions which made it easy to get stared right away. Bought essential oils which again were easy to install and use most importantly it eased my COPD problem breathing at night.This was one of my better buys as it does exactly as advertised. Delighted with purchase 5*+

no remote
states remote control there is no remotedodgy plug 2 pin in a 3 pin case had to open remove plug and replace as it had poor contact and would not start {ok now}

Generally good with acceptable level of noise particularly at the low setting. There is a dent which although minor is still a problem.

Was sent a returned item
I don’t appreciate ordering a new item and being sent a damaged returned item!Opening the outer box I saw this box has extra tape on the cardboard tab, as in the photo I.e. been previously opened and re-taped.When I opened the inner box I noticed that the plug was damaged.Very poor issuing a returned item. I would give zero stars

Very happy
I have cats and this keeps the dander down really well. with the UV and Ionisation, its a pretty good bug killer too. needless to say its on all the time at the moment!!
