Eureka Forbes Aquasure from Aquaguard Maxima 6 Ltrs RO+UV Water Purifier

It stopped working one day. Even when power is cut, water is still dripping through the water outlet. Despite calling Eureka Forbes two times reporting the issue, and willing to pay for the service (warranty lasted two years), no representative has turned up to fix the issue. Product was ok for two years (despite being noisy), however first instance of requiring support from the company has been a disappointment. Will not buy again - avoid buying Eureka forbes if you can

this purifier wasted around 25 litres of water to extract 6 litres of water on municipal water connection. the service man told me that for municipal water, ro is not needed. later he replaced the ro membrane which is suitable to municipal water and now it is working fine. for me, installation, service were hassle free. good purifier. now for 6 litres of purified water, around 12 litres of water is wasted which is normal.

What surprised me is the tds range of this product. From this item details or from aquaguard website, the tds range for this product couldn't be clearly ascertained. From what I gathered I thought I was buying one for the tds range 0-2000, while the product arrived I was in for a surprise, it was in the range 200-500. I was thinking if I should get it exchanged right away and if I needed to do it how ?But I decided to retain it until the installation guy turned up, which he did promptly within 48 working hrs from Eureka, and carried out the tests on the water source. And to my great relief I just needed this, twas the right one for me(for our water sources). To top it up, this model since it works on low tds, wastes much less water compared to the model with higher tds ranges.So if your tds range is within 500, this is a very good model to consider.To top it all up, it has uv, which as per my understanding gives boiled water quality drinking water on top of RO process.Hoping any further services and support will be a similar breeze.

Not sure about the product as this doesn't come with free installation, tired of calling Eureka Forbes for free installation for more than a week and never got it installed, so decided to send this back. Instead I'm planning to buy it directly from authorized dealer

Nice product but the machine which I got have some yellow spots on its body and the delivery of this product was very Pathetic .I don't know how many times I called Amazon and delhivery

Usuing it for last 4 years. Efficient after sales service by aquagaurd under AMC.

not so good it says tds controller but actually it does check salt contents...water tastes is still saulty

Got with broken parts for the second term ..took a week for replacing the broken part...company representative helpful...working well after installation..and after almost one year the company is not willing to provide services.
