Ya get what ya pay for
I ordered two of these to go on the portico outside our customer entrance to replace old ones that were weathered. The're just decorative. nobody's going to sit in them (except me on rare occasion). They're cute. They're cheap Chinese junk. Keep your expectations in check and don't look too close, and they'll do. They don't deserve five stars, but for what they are, they're alright.

Looks great! Just what we wanted!
We put this next to our pond and it is a good addition. Looks great and is about as comfortable as any bench can be. Very nice! We’ll get the same one (from the same seller) if we decide to get another.

Missing parts
Missing several parts. Amazon only allows returns of entire product (almost finished assembling it). Contacted manufacturer and they did not help and just redirected back to amazon.
