Disappointed. I only bought one letter to personalise something for my grandson. Unfortunately the letter arrived with a split and therefore a visible line could be seen. I cannot be bothered to go through returning for such a small Item. Had I bought more letters to spell out something, yes I would have returned it. It may have been the handling by the mail as there was not adequate protection for one letter. It came in a small bubble wrap envelope. If not for the split It would be as expected and I would rate higher. It arrived before expected delivery date. Thank you.

To even have to give this product 1 star is ridiculous, when it deserves none. Absolutely no effort put into the product to even make it look nice. Packaging was the same, they couldn't be bothered to package it correctly. I ordered 4 letters and ALL 4 of them were highly damaged. Each has multiple tears. Each of them arrived scrunched up. Basically like someone took it, decided it wasn't a good idea, scrunched it up and chucked it in the bin, but then went and got it out and decided to send it anyway. Zero thought or care went into the product. None. Definitely not as advertised. I actually laughed it was THAT bad.

These mirrored letters cost 99p each and worth every penny. With each letter comes a 1cm thick black foam stick on backing, which makes the letters stand out 3D. I have bought more letters off this company and although they came all the way from China, they arrived in the time they said they would and were packaged in a way, so no damage could be caused during transit. Really happy with this product, only wish they did numbers aswell.

We purchased 6 letters from.my daughters name all were great and great value. However both of the M were snapped on delivery, its not so noticeablen once stuck to the foam.

Sorry i know these were low price but seriously do not bother. Very poor quality. I am usually the kind of person that can make something work but these are not good. Arrived in a thin envelope. Both broken.

There was nothing good about it, it doesn't reflect & it's tiny...threw mine away
