Twinkle is a twinkle.. it does not need a review.

Binding is not good. Pages are coming out.

Content had degraded over the past decade after the death of Tinkle's creator Anant Pai. Price has increased from Rs 75 (2009-10) to Rs 85 (2013-14) to Rs 95 (2015-16) to Rs 120 (2018) to Rs 160 (2020). I have a collection of 100+ Tinkle Double Digests.And trust me, the tinkle double digests after No. 100 are mostly boring.Yet, it is not a bad form of entertainment.So you should still buy it.
