Don’t usually write reviews but these tablets actually work. Have been on low carb diets before and have felt shocking come day 3 with headaches, feeling sick and fatigue. I thought I would try these as I wanted to try the Keto diet. Sure enough they have worked for me. No headaches or feeling sick and I have been on the Keto diet for just over a week now feeling good. Well worth the money in my opinion as Keto flu is not nice and in the past I have given up as I can’t handle the symptoms.

It was recommended for intermittent fasting ( I.F.) I’ll update soon when I’ve taken it for a week or so.

This product is so important to me on my keto journey. I was having such a tough time adapting. I had muscle cramps, twitches and pain. I didnt know what to do. I read that i needed electrolytes, So i tried this product. These electrolytes reduced my fatigue and improved my performance allmost immediately. It's was like a magic pill that made it easire for me to stay on the diet. I will definitely be continuing with this product.

If you are looking for a supplement to feel more energised, focus and to help your muscles recover after long cardio sessions...look no further!I am a runner and I have always struggled to find a good supplement to avoid that draining sensation after a long run. I have used other brands of electrolytes before, but I have never noticed changes. This time I could appreciate straight away a much quicker recovery after runs, and I also noticed less muscle aching after gym sessions. Highly recommended!

Does it's job. Stops cramps from higher water consumption. I also use after hard exercise.

Ordered this product for the first time about a year ago, and was very happy with it. Ordered again a couple of days ago, and upon opening the tub I immediately noticed it’s not at all like that first order was. Some white power was all over inside the tub, was pretty disgusting, certainly didn’t fancy taking any capsules. Contacted customer support, two days later I got an email asking for feedback - however I never received any response from them. Really poor experience and it seems I’ve also lost some money as this stuff cannot be returned. Never buying this product again. And once more the problem is not that there’s a faulty item, it’s the lack of customer service that bothers me.

I have noticed I do get headache every times I took the keto electrolyte, this is very unusual as I tried it on empty stomach, with food.. and each time I had experienced headaches. This doesn't happen with other electrolytes such as Sis, Rapid rehydr8..I wonder if anyone else having issues with this supplement.I had only taken a single capsule in the morning before food..
