Whether you need to protect your hand, prevent the formation of calluses, or improve your performance and grip, the silicone pad in the palm provides the anti-slip properties you need. The light, partial covering design made from breathable Lycra allows for a very natural feel on the bar and protects without sacrificing mobility. These grip gloves are designed for both men and women. Ideal for exercises that require a strong grip such as pull-ups, chin-ups, most back exercises and deadlifts. Not intended for kettlebell work due to the extra grip provided by the silicone patches. They are small and lightweight, and easy to take anywhere. Material: Microfiber, 40% Synthetic Leather, 50% Lycra, 10% Silicone Cleaning Tips: 1. Preferably washed by hand. You only need to soak the gloves in soapy water, then rub and wash, then dry them in the shade. 2. If washed by machine, place gloves in a laundry bag to reduce the likelihood of deformation. 3. Never use hot water, bleach, or any form of acid wash. Do not leave in direct sunlight as excessive heat may cause deformation.
