I bought this board game to supplement the reading of The Crucible. The game has a bit of a learning curve since a few of the instructions aren't very clear. After about fifteen minutes, the game clicked with everyone and my students absolutely loved it and can't wait to play again.

Given the affordable price, I got this as a game for a gamer couple.When they came over one night they bought the game, and we gave it a whirl (both them and my girlfriend and I).When I saw it was a variation of the game "Are You a Werewolf," I was dubious. Such games usually only work well with a group of 6 or more.But this game makes it work, very well. Even with only four players, it keeps a nice air of mystery. The cards address this issue quite well, and make it much harder to suss out who is the witch.Solidly constructed and quite affordable. Definitely recommended!

Our kids love to play games but we have struggled to find games that 11 people can play together. I found this and bought it for Christmas in hopes we could play it while everyone was home during the holidays. It was a bit challenging to figure out in the beginning but everyone caught on as the game progressed and within a few rounds it was easy to understand. Everyone from the 12 year old to the 26 year old enjoyed the game play and it was awesome to have a game we could all enjoy together. It moved quickly so even though there were 11 of us everyone had a turn every few minutes.

Yes, this game took 1, 2, ok maybe 5 times to fully understand what everything means (it's hard to teach a group of wild, inebriated 20 somethings new things), but once you're in it you're HOOKED. This game is amazingly fun and really brings out everyone's personality. My friend group has introduced it to over 50 people and we have not had a single negative review. Almost everyone that has played with us has asked when we're playing next!The rules are intricate, but the game is expertly crafted. It allows a typically nice, harmless, trustworthy person in everyday life to be vile, cunning, and manipulative. And we love it. This tests you ability to fib to your friends to the 100th degree. If skill games scare you, don't worry, you don't always have to be at the top of your game to fully enjoy it. As far as time it takes to play, it does depend on your group size sometimes, but overall regardless of the amount of people playing, we've had games last 5 minutes all the way up to an hour and a half. (Also depends on concentration level of players.)I recommend this to anyone looking for a game that will unite their friend group, wanting to play it again and again, almost making it a tradition of sorts. 11/10

This game is easy to learn, fits in a small box, and provides a memorable experience as a party game with a group. The production value is great, and I would certainly recommend it for a group social-deduction game in place of Werewolf or Mafia.
