I ordered two of these lights and charged them as soon as I took them out of the package. I used one the other night on my ride and it seemed to work pretty well. The other light wouldn’t charge at all and I can’t get it to work. I would probably find another option when looking for a rechargeable light.UPDATE: contacted the company about the one that didn’t work. They sent me a code for a new one...still had to pay $0.09 for it (seriously?). Got it, charged it, worked. I have since found out that you need to charge these things EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. you use them because they will not hold a charge more than a day or so. I would spend a few more bucks and get a better light than this one. You won’t be sorry you did. I give this company credit for trying to make it right, but sadly, the product just isn’t worth the money or the hassle.

This tail light is pretty great. I love the way it automatically knows when to turn on via the brightness sensor and the accelerometer. If it's dark and you jostle the light, it starts blinking. You can just charge it up, put it on your bike, and forget about it.I have one big problem with the light, though. Victagen doesn't include an o-ring, or at least they didn't on mine. There's a groove for one, but no o-ring. Without the o-ring, the light isn't waterproof. I store by bike outside, so water resistance is a requirement for everything I put on it. This would be a very cheap, very easy fix on Victagen's part, and would cause my rating to increase from four stars to five.Edit: I've found that the battery only lasts a day. That's too short. of a runtime.

This light is perfect both for cycling and running.in my case I use it to run at the bottom has a sensor that detects the presence of objects near it and only turn on the light when this sensor is down, relatively fast load for the duration of the light on, apart that illuminates very well.consider it a very good purchase

I love how lightweight but durable this light is. I got it for my nephew to put on his bike and it’s perfect. The red is very bright especially at night. Battery lasts pretty long too! It’s also nice that it comes with an elastic strap to secure to things.

The spec sheet said battery life was 72 hours of use... after charging for 48 hours (just to be sure) it only lasted one night, which amounted to maybe only an hour of actual flashing. The next day it was dead. I bought three of them for my grandchildren all of them worked the same way.

I have to say that this light is bright and works really well! It's perfect for the night time and I believe that this product can help protect lives at night! I strongly recommend this product to everyone and I hope bike riders can consider this product in order to protect themselves.

Works good! The life battery is not too good.I found only 1 problem it is i can turn on with day light. Needs to be dark to start to work.Buy I like it. Good price
