Had to buy this after seeing it being used by Trumbull Woodhall. Brilliant and easy to use and hopefully will be effective long term as I have only used it once. Make sure you use it with lots of oil on your legs so the suction can take place. First use the thighs are very tender when the cup is massage over them but you have to persevere and get through the pain barrier to get the circulation moving. Great price of equipment for such a low price and if you use it regularly it will work.

Watched Trinny do this on utube. Great idea and sucks hard on your thighs, done it twice but hurts a lot, so have not continued to do it. Celulite can stay put if it hurts like that to get rid of it. Good cups though.

Really good suctioning power and quite easy to use on your own even when you are doing your back. The silicon itself is thick, which makes me think it should last for long.At the beginning it might be quite painful but don't worry the more you use the painless is becomes.I came back and reordered another set so having 6x -silicon and 5 glass cups is best way for me to use it all over body.Happy with this set.
