Be proud of this ball. Better value than the Wilson
Under half the price of a Wilson AVP. Why would you not go with the King of the Beach? I play a lot of beach volleyball locally and the avp wilson seems to be the go to ball to the point of other balls being bullied off the court. This needs to end. The Mikasa King of the Beach is a phenomenal volleyball for outdoor play. Any reputable player will agree. I love it so much that I have 6 of them for use in hosting outdoor tournaments. If you are playing beach or grass volleyball buy this ball and don't look back.TLDR: This balls only competition is the Wilson AVP. Save your money and get the Mikasa King of the Beach. An additional $45 is not worth "being able to see the spin of the ball better".

Best ball for the price
Great quality ball for the price. Real leather. Just as good as any $70 ball.

Great at First, But Not Durable for Wall Practice
Great at First, But Not Durable for Wall PracticeI was excited to get this Mikasa volleyball, and initially, it was fantastic! The grip, feel, and overall quality were great for casual play. It worked perfectly for a few weeks, and I was really happy with my purchase. However, after practicing against a wall regularly, the ball started developing bubbles on the surface. This was really disappointing, as it made the ball uneven and difficult to use. I now understand this ball isn’t designed to withstand that kind of wear and tear, so if you’re planning to practice drills against a wall, this might not be the best option. For regular gameplay, it’s fine, but for intensive practice, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Está bueno
El precio es bastante razonable. Me gusta la calidad de este balón de voleibol. Es bastante liviano y no duele al impactar en los brazos a diferencia de otros balones baratos que he comprado antes. Vale la pena!

Perfect grip, float, & weight!
We've been playing volleyball every Sunday with a group this summer, which means we've gotten to try several balls including: Wilson Optx AVP ($80), Wilson AVP Replica, & Wilson Castaway ($20).This Mikasa KOB is by far the best one in the bunch! This ball performs so well, has a sort of fantastic tacky feel to it so it's palmable, easy to control, floats beautifully for serves, and doesn't hurt arms when bumping. We play with a lot of women, skilled and unskilled, and all confirmed that this ball has alleviated arm pain significantly.I can see our group buying more of these balls!
