I have been taking these for 6 months. Brought them here & on their website and I haven’t gotten pregnant. I absolutely hate that you have to take 4 of these massive tablets per day to get the recommended folic acid dose. They’re not easy to swallow, they’re big and 4 of them daily is required. Don’t have any health issues so had high hopes for these. Don’t bother wasting your money.

I have PCOS and some hormone related issues, so becoming pregnant was something I struggled with. I took these for around 7 months (two in the morning and two before bed) along with food and at first they seemed to do nothing, but my periods gradually evened out and the cramps lessened a little too!I finally managed to fall pregnant with my little girl during my ovulation cycle (I recommend getting some tests ✨) who’s due in April and i couldn’t be happier.Of course you shouldn’t expect them to work alone; I had to make sure to stay hydrated and eat relatively healthy (no constant take outs and at least one veg and fruit a day 😌), but I had been trying for almost two years prior to taking these and nothing came of it. They also make your girlies a little bigger too hehe.Keep in mind they do smell kinda funky and they are relatively big, so swallowing might be an issue if you’re not used to taking larger pills.
