Hydrating and Refreshing!
I’ve been using this electrolyte powder for a few weeks now, and I’m so impressed with the results! As someone who works out regularly and deals with dehydration, this powder has become a game-changer. The flavors are delicious—no artificial aftertaste, and they’re just the right amount of sweetness. My personal favorite is the citrus flavor, which is refreshing and light. What I love most about this electrolyte powder is how quickly it hydrates me. I’ve noticed a big difference in my energy levels, especially after workouts or long days in the sun. It mixes easily with water, and I don’t get any clumping, which is a huge plus. It’s packed with the right balance of sodium, potassium, and magnesium, which really helps with muscle recovery and preventing cramping. If you're looking for a high-quality electrolyte powder that keeps you hydrated and energized throughout the day, I highly recommend this one. It’s a great addition to my daily routine!

ok taste
slightly sour/tart taste like a sour patch candy. I wanted a sugar free powder drink with sodium, potassium and not to much vitamins and minerals. I add it to a horrible tasting drink with powdered greens and a few other powder extracts. It made it taste less bad.

Product seems to do the job and be a good overall bang-for-the-buck product
Summary: The product is doing what I want -- preventing cramping and similar during 90-100 minute cardio sessions; has a pleasant flavor ; and doesn't break the bank at roughly 3 servings per dollar. For bullet list of pros & cons see bottom. For details see below.Flavor ordered: Lemon BerryDelivery time: 4/5 stars -- I received the product in 2 business days or so after ordering.Packaging: 3.5 / 5 stars -- I received the product without damage to the box or contents inside. The box wasn't huge and internal packing materials weren't "superior" however the packing got the job done and it is fine. Likely a good balance between box size, "wasted" packing materials, the the product itself.Flavor: 4 / 5 stars -- The lemon berry flavor is nice. While it's not a fair comparison I'd say the flavor is reminiscent of a not overly sweet Kool Aid or similar. There seems to be just enough sweetness from the Stevia to make the drink pleasant as opposed to tasting like "salt water".Cramp Prevention / Physical Feelings during workout: 4 / 5 stars. I noticed during heavier cardio workouts [90-120 minutes] I would start cramping or not feeling as good as I should and pure water [which I was using for lighter workouts] didn't seem to be cutting it -- duh :). After using the drink as directed, and doing my own research on proper hydration, I find that I'm no longer cramping and I don't "feel slightly off" any more on longer workouts. I will update the review if cramping or anything odd returns.Soreness Prevention: 3.5 / 5 -- ?? -- Honestly I tend to do low impact exercises but try to maintain at least aerobic exertion levels during the majority of the workout. As such I don't tend to get sore like you would after higher impact training. I might get a whisker "stiff" or tight and maybe (?) the drink is helping a bit with that.Extra B Vitamins, Water soluble items, BCAAs .. Do they help??: 3.5 / 5 stars. I think the answer is a solid maybe. Research seems to show they might BUT I'm not knowledgeable enough YOU to trust NOR can I say I feel better-enough to 100% say that what I'm feeling ISN'T a placebo-effect. Still having these extras in a budget product is nice and is likely a good stepping stone for those going up the fitness scale and allows them to get potentially (?) cleaner / better products in the future.****************************************Pros:1. Flavor is good2. Price is better3. I am no longer cramping, felling a tiny bit off, etc. during longer workouts [90 - 120 minutes]4. I might (?) be helping my performance & recovery with some of the non-electrolyte-extras in the drinkCons: No solid cons that I can think of.Note really Cons but things to think about:Maybe I don't need the extra vitamins & BCAAs in the drink so possibly I could get something without those.Maybe I could get "cleaner" sources of everything??Make sure you keep the drink well mixed as some solution may "fall out" and need a good shake or remix periodically.Maybe I could just super-charge my own diet and get most of what is being added in naturally??

Good product
Don’t expect your electrolytes to taste “good” and actually be good for you at the same time, lol! So many powders are full of chemicals. This powder has a very light citrus flavor and isn’t “yummy”…but it does the job without the added junk you don’t want in your system. I think they did a good job of making it bearable.

Yellow urine
The taste is decent. It makes my urine bright yellow, which is weird.

Preworkout Replacement / Hangover Prevention
I formerly used this as hangover prevention remedy and it worked like a charm. After drinking and right before going to bed, drink this and take ibuprofen. You might still be a little tired the next day, but you won’t have those debilitating hangover headaches that keep you in bed with the lights off for half a day.Anyway, I recently quit drinking alcohol all together and kind of forgot about this stuff. When I got back into a fitness routine, I got addicted to drinking pre workout every morning because of the caffeine kick. But then I noticed that the pre workout was making me bloated and causing energy crashes later in the day. I switched to drinking this stuff, Zeal Enhanced Electrolytes, first thing every morning BEFORE one cup of coffee. Made a HUGE difference in my energy level throughout the day and I’m no longer super bloated all day. I feel really lucky and grateful that I innately knew to switch back to electrolytes because it’s truly changed my day-to-day routine. For those complaining about the taste- I will admit, it’s not the *best* taste, but it IS bearable. The trick is to add ice to your shaker bottle. I can’t drink it with simply cold water, it has to be ICE COLD water for me to tolerate it.
