This is my first time working with this. It helped thicken gravies (no lumps) and other uses where you would use a thickener or coat food for a batter. I like it a lot as it is forgiving for amateur cooks like myself.

Product not sealed
Even though they were wrapped in plastic, the botton had completely come off on two of the wondra flourinto the plastic. I was not pleased at all and very disappointed.
