I deliberated a lot and the reviews were not favourable for this one. i had to take a chance so i ordered the 500g and now wish i'd taken the 1kg. It's fantastic, appears to have no fillers or other junk and tastes much like the seven hills although i don't have a direct comparison so going off memory. one thing i like is that this is an even mix of all the mushrooms, all organic - i make smoothies, oats and hot drinks with this and im sure it would go well in flavouring soups.
