So far, these vanilla beans appear to be great! My first impression was fantastic – they had an amazing aroma as soon as I opened the very airtight bag they came in. This is my first time purchasing vanilla beans, so not completely sure what good vanilla beans should look like. I'm specifically using these beans to make homemade vanilla extract, so the real test will be how well the flavor infuses over time. If the scent is anything to go by, I have high hopes. I'll definitely update my review once the extract is ready!

Omg these smell amazing. Turned half of them into vanilla powder and smells so good. The other half I added to bourbon whiskey to make an extract, we will see how that turns out in 6-8 weeks. Will definitely be ordering again for the holiday season
