Had complete shoulder replacement and this was helpful right after surgery. I still use it to elevate my arm so there's not so much stress on my shoulder.

If I lay flat on my back sometimes I get vertigo & this is a big helper 👍

Works as indicated and expected.. I wish it were a bit firmer as I am using it too using it to hold my mother in law's ankles and feet off the bed but they smush they smush by the end of the night and her feet are touching the mattress.

Can use at night to lean against in bed or use during the day under the knees when sitting with your legs on an ottoman. Great for people with leg pain.

I was a bit surprised at how small this is, it looks a lot bigger in the pictures. The models in the pictures must be very short. I'm 5'2" and this does not reach from shoulders to crotch, least wise down into my buttocks.That said, it did offer me some relief but due to it's size, it was hit or miss.I'm a side sleeper who throws my top leg over to rest directly on top of the bed. This means that I twist my spine around the waist and the lower half of my body is now in direct contact with the bed while the top half is resting on my side. Decades of spending a third of my life like this has caused some damage to my spine. I've been using regular pillows and bed bumpers to keep my top leg "up" and off the mattress and to prevent my twisting my stomach area to the bed top so that my spine wouldn't rotate. This worked if I had it in just the right spot. But due to it's shortness, that golden area is small and an inch too high or too low and it was pointless.

They come flat but once you take them out of the bag it take a day or two before they take form. They worked amazing.

too small not as advertised / did not work - spend your money on something that will help and not be such a dissapointment

My parents bought this for me for recovery from a lumbar spinal fusion. It has been a blessing to pair it with an ice pack!! I would highly recommend this.
