Although I'm suspicious of claims made by companies that make, supply, and or sell supplements; I can attest to the fact that this supplement worked successfully for me. I was looking for a supplement that was made with a significant amount of Beta-Glucan that had been derived from Alge, not broken down from yeast. While taking 1 capsule with breakfast and one later with dinner I noticed a feeling of health. It's hard to describe, but without changing anything, and after not taking this supplement for a week, I can tell you that I experienced a better feeling of health while I took this supplement twice a day. I'd recommend this supplement to anyone.

I always have this on hand. Whenever I feel like something might be coming on I start taking it. It works.

I don't write many reviews, I'll keep it short. I've used several immune supplements, mostly strictly mushroom blends and they've all worked well. Gave this a try and seems to have a greater, more comprehensive all-around potency mg/mg than mushroom only blends. A good way to tell is easier, fuller breathing and sense of well-being. Helps with liver function, which isn't advertised as much. Pure Synergy and Host Defense MyCommunity by Paul Stamets are both the best ones on the market and it's good to rotate your immune supplements. The Synergy Company is highly trustworthy!

Love that I can take this at the first signs of getting sick and it kicks it really quick!

I take Pure Synergy's Immune Health supplement along with their Pure Radiance Vitamin C product to strengthen my immune system, especially during these challenging times! As with all of Pure Synergy's products, the ingredients are pure, clean, free of binders, fillers, and artificial additives, and the ingredients are organic, non-GMO, dairy-free, and gluten-free! And having been on a 100% plant-based diet for almost a year, I appreciate the fact that this product is vegan, containing a powerful mushroom blend, as well as a blend of plant-based extracts.

I've tried a few mushroom supplements, and they all have an unpleasant diuretic effect, frequent urination and dehydration. Not this one.

Easy to swallow capsule.

Great supplement other than when it cut my finger open pulling it out of the package because bottle had broken. Then I had to transfer into another bottle. But Pure Synergy is and has always had absolutely amazing products so it didn't hinder my experience too much.
